Someone asked me what did I do to build all my link.What method did I use.Black or white hat SEO? I answered to him that I use a GREY hat SEO :D One of the black hat method I like is fast but the bad thing is chance to get sandboxed by search engine is also REALLY big.So it’s just a matter of time your site will be kicked out from the field of internet world.The White hat SEO method is always safe but you have to be patience enough to build all of your links,NORMALLY.It takes ussualy about 10-15 links a day.I want to mention some of the methods for this two.
Black Hat SEO
It is almost automatic process like :
-Automatic piggy backlink
-Automatic submission
-One way pingback/trackback
-Build hundreads or even thousands FAKE pages with keyword manipulated to trick the spider bot
-Making the text unvisible from human visitor and visible for the spider bots by using the same color with the background
And other methods that I can’t tell you about for some reasons.Either it’s totally illegal and or dangerous.
While the White Hat SEO method using :
-Article submission to article directory
-Submitting content to RSS feed aggregator sites
-Linked to Social bookmarking sites
-Commenting on blogs
-Leaving a signature
-Two ways pingback
As you may see the different and the effect in both methods.They have their own advantage.Black hat is fast and but it’s having high risk as well.White hat is a litle bit slow but it’s always 99% safe.A normal link building is 10-15 links in a day,and if you have only one site that is your limit for a day.But if you have many sites I think you can choose SOME of black hat method and white.If I have to choose,personally I will choose the first three from the black hat method and all of the white hat seo method of course.
OK,let’s say that you have extracted from the search result,thousands of high quality dofollow site for you to plant your link but no way you will build hundreads or thousands of links in a day right? Unless you are willing to kill your own site.So I say to my friend that I use a grey hat method seo ,specialy if i’m not in a good mood for link building and wanna boost up a bit 
But hey don’t get wrong,white hat SEO has few secrets too to make your link building process much more effective and a bit more faster.

How do these people have success with Blackhat? I mean it seems that this area is unethical when linkbuilding your site.
The blackhater prefferably looking for something instant and not for a long term bussiness income.In my opinion,success is a long term process and the the income will follow.Because ilegal method like black hat seo sooner or later will get caught and deal with the risk.Me,personally not using that and not count on that,I'm just doing some experiment about it for my experience.White hat seo has few secrets too to build fast and effective backlink and it's totally legal.
I think that the reason so many people use black hat SEO is because of the patience and time white hat Seo takes. I would agree with your idea of “grey hat”. Thanks for the information. Interesting article.

I am always practicing the white hat SEO technique in gaining quality backlinks. The technique is indeed slowly yet surely and plus the fact that it safe from being black listed from giant search engines. So,why risk?
That's great! Actualy there is no risk with white hat seo technique ,I should clarify my post.The only thing about it is a litle bit slow for SOME but as you said it is always safe.

What??? don't call me Mr. okay just call me Bay,we already know each other even only through the internet and i'm still young anyway lol.Two ways pingback is a normal pingback/trackback.Like if you put one of my post/page link and mention it in your site ,so there is a trackback happened but in two ways(two authority links).If the mentioned post/page link (in this example my link) e.g has Pagerank 1 ,the advantage of the links weight is half for me and half for you.With the black method is gonna be one way(one authority),which the advantage is only for you (as the trackbacker) not me.Trackback also miss-used for spamming for some.Anyway it has nothing to do with MJ song,I just like that song lol
Blackhat has been used by many seo companies out there. They let their clients think they are doing a good job for their sites but when clients pay for 5-6 month they see that rankings are dropping again. Why?Because google always finds out if you use white or blackhat sooner or later. Why would you risk your site even get banned and what about your adsense account?That would be catastrophal.
Always use white hat, it will take some time to built backlinks but if you have patience you will definately get higher ranking. It’s all about quality backlinks and content right?
Yes,mostly they did.That’s why i prefer to do it by myself because I can control all the progress.I totally aggree with what you said,the white hat/natural link building is the best choice it’s free and safe although it could take months and we have to invest time and effort to get the result we want and the more hig quality backlink and relevant content we have the better.
White hats tend to produce results that last a long time, whereas black hats anticipate that their sites may eventually be banned either temporarily or permanently once the search engines discover what they are doing.

So, if all link building strategies are in effect manipulating search engine results, doesn’t it stand to reason that all link building is Blackhat and the majority of off-page SEO practiced by SEO firms is in effect, Blackhat?
