We probably need some of the best service out there for helping the bussiness running smoothly.It’s impossible we outsourcing all ,it could lead us to another mistake and waste of time.But the problem here is only use the “cure” that you think it’s the best,at least from your own point of view.
yes you right, i avoided those spam indexing offered by many peoples, as i am learning from you and many sources. i used traffic exchange because my 1st time Alexa rank was something like this ’16.000.ooo’ or more, i can’t remember clearly. i just started 3 months ago.
yes if you have adsense you couldnt join, well i setup special page for Traffic exchange, my theme can set landing page, so i put my “About” page [Clean and no Javascript] and i registered it.
sorry my bad on my previous post, it supposed to be my “meta tag” not “robots” that made those spammers came and bombards my website with their comments. and when Googlebot crawled it automagically followed those bad links on my site. now all fixed and comments also moderated.
now i closed my Blogroll in order to decrease my outbound links.
i moved your link on my “link exchange”. with your anchor text “Creativity Online”. but i’ll change my “link exchange” page to something like “associates” so that Googlebot will not suspicious. but i guess my site now is “No Follow” there is so many things for me to learn.

i agree with you my friend, i joined manual traffic exchange to promote my website, i know it was so time consuming, but i joined autosurf as well to increase my Alexa rank, and it works. I spent everyday doing social bookmarking to get free backlinks as per today i first saw my "Links in" there is numbers on my Alexa widget, it was always "ZERO" lol.
My site kicked out from Google a week ago. Because i set my robots and comments to open and there were site that list my website to a "Do Follow" list, since then i got lot of traffic from bad neighborhood, bummer ehhh..!!!
i took time to find and check all internal problem, deleted all link building services for a while reducing keywords because my site was keyword heavy, and consult with good SEO expertise for free. They said it's ok and try to get more backlinks from authorize website and keep improving, when the time is right i am gonna beg for reindex to Google, lol.
I've been thinking to submit at Yandex, but i can't setup page using Russian language.

I never go through some traffic exchange or else,because I want this site has a natural/organic traffic.Probably I will go there if I want to promote a program,but not for my site,specialy if there is an adsense in it.Robots have various measurement calculating backlinks,you probably want to check it out through Google webmaster tools too.Spamindexing is not a good idea,check it out too in wikipedia.Putting link from service like that in your blogroll or widget will not make any difference beside they are the one who get sitewide link from your site and not you from them.External link is worthy,don't let your link juice just flow away to it.
