Well,maybe I’m not involved in internet bussiness or make money online in such a great capacity like the REAL GURUS out there.But as the time go by i learn from my experience. One of my biggest mistakes, especially at the begining of all my venture, was not recognizing that it is better to know one thing very well than it is to know five things poorly.
You see, when I started off with internet marketing or make money online, I immediately jumped on affiliate program with blog as a based to promote, and I ran with it. At that time I don’t know how to build a good blog,seo friendly etc and i’m not a good social networker who can get some of customer through social network . When I get NO profits, I tried to learn more about programming. After failing at that, I moved on to doing SEO stuff and it made me addicted to it. But when I don’t get a sale made from affiliate product,I jumped to become a publisher,like adsense. When I got low clickthrough rates, I started freelancing.
During the whole time, I was working on a personal goal to learn PHP, HTML and CSS and I joined many forums related to it.One day I woke up and made a to-do list. My goals for the day included doing directory submission, writing four new articles, finding reciprocal link partners for two sites, changing the colors of AdSense blocks on another page. I quickly realized that I had absolutely no direction in my promotional efforts, and as a result, I wasn’t living up to my full potential.
Now I realize and my eyes open,because it’s totally impossible that I can outsourcing all tech/technique related stuf all by myself.Now i’m just a blogger who still trying to find my greatest method to doing keyword and niche research and I find some .Im still a publisher and still trying to build another high quality blog to gain some high click through rates.I also doing seo like crazy in my past but with that I know how to, the dos and the don’ts about seo and start doing seo thing with the right way.Allthough i’m not doing it like seo profesional but good enough to take my site at the first search engine page in certain keyword I want.I know a litle about PHP ,HTML and CSS but enough to take care my site and customize it.When I know my writing skill was not good as a profesional writer,I quickly stop doing article marketing submit it in Ezine etc.But I know what should I specialize now,I really do.
