Balboa island is part of Newport Beach California.This area considured to be one of the most densest area in the Orange County according to the 2000 US cencus.Like some of Newport Beach houses,it has some expensive house too,where small house could be worth hundreads thousand of dollar.The density also higher than San Fransisco where more than 17.000 person per square mile.
