Here’s my simple tip to make sure your skiing goes smoothly. It’s quite obvious and I do it every time, even though our ski mountain slope is less than an hour’s drive from our house. Use the ski slope webcam before you set off. Have a look at the ski slope and make sure that there’s snow up there before you set off. That way, you’ll enjoy brisk cold air rushing past you as you hurtle downhill, instead of just walking in the bright sunshine because the snow has all melted!
