eBay is a comparatively safe marketplace. This is specifically for items that weren’t received, or items that were importantly unlike what was described in the auction. eBay also has a purchase protection platform to encourage protect customers. If a settlement can’t be achieved with the purchaser, the succeeding step is to create an eBay customer purchase protection claim.
