According To My Experience A 1 Bedroom Apartment Has Many Advantages
When I first moved out of my parents’ house, I leased a 1 bedroom apartment that was likely less than 600 square feet. It was humble and fairly cramped, but there were several advantages to sleeping in such a small apartment.
The best thing for me about sleeping in a 1 bedroom apartment was that there wasn’t very much to clean up. My parents lived in a house almost three times the size of my flat, and I remember being forced to clean the home, and how long it took when I was growing up. If I pulled up regularly, I never had to headache about giving it a severe cleaning, and I never felt self-aware about having company over.
Additional advantage of a 1 bedroom apartment is that they’re far less costly than apartments or houses with multiple bedrooms. I know that when I got my initiative apartment, it was approximately $100 less per month than a neighbour of mine who had a two-bedroom apartment.
Among the things, I actually liked about owning a 1 bedroom apartment, likewise, was that it was a lot cozier than a few of the greater units. I may keep it really comfy and inviting, and not have to invest that very much in a piece of furniture or interior decoration. I have always congratulated myself in making the most out of any living space I got, and I for sure did that with my first apartment.

As time passed, I wanted a larger house. I met my wife and began a family, and I had to move out of my 1 bedroom apartment. I have been back to visit it a couple of times, and it looks so humble now that I occasionally wonder how I ever came through work, but it still accommodates a really special place in my heart. I do some of the times question if I had never met my wife if I would but be living there.
While a 1 bedroom apartment might look overly small or not deserving the trouble, there many advantages to renting one. I discovered that it more than fitted my needs when I first moved out, and it was likely the place to which I turned the most committed.
